Jenna worked as hard as I've ever seen to secure our new home. In order for us to get approved for a loan we needed to secure a renter first for our condo. She went through the painstaking process of showing our condo and getting it rented. She showed by appt only and so made many trips to our place to get it rented. When we had the renter, she went to work on escrow, which had its own horrible issues and took two extra weeks. Jenna worked tirelessly for us, and with the mortgage broker she put us with, we were able to close the deal on the house of our dreams. Prior to our accepted offer, we had made a few offers that didn't go our way. Jenna came to many open houses, traveled great distances, always energetic and helpful. My wife and I became friends with her because she brings herself to her work. She is honest and hard-working and straight-up, focusing on the service side of her work. We always felt like there wasn't a rush, her goal was for us to find what we wanted. She said to us that sometimes it takes two weeks, sometimes two years. I couldn't recommend her enough.
